Refund & Return Policy

All of our products are made to order.

All returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. 

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, we stand by the quality of our products.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a production error or defect.

As all items are made-to-order, select collections may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
